Here's a little something about me
I am Tshepho Mathatho, originally from Limpopo but currently reside in Johannesburg. I have always been an active person from dancing, to rugby, soccer and golf but my journey with fitness started in 2017 when I dislocated my elbow in a rugby game (one of my worst). I then decided I would focus on health and fitness in the gym and soon after my mental health. After having a few people ask me to train them and inspiring a few with my workouts, it prompt me into studying personal training and get certified to do this thing for real. Given my sports background and realizing the importance of working out not only physically and mentally I decided I needed to reach more people and do more hence I started this site. We never really think about how fast things have gotten, and how quickly we have to adapt to these new fast changes and automatically our minds and bodies have to adapt too. Having realizing that there are so many things that lead to disease just because we don’t exercise(both physically and mentally) makes me want to help others to live a healthier happier and longer life because lets face it, no one wants to die early.
Now do not get me wrong, exercise can be anything from just walking, actively working out or playing sports but it also takes a healthy/strong mind to keep going, if you already workout in the gym, you have had some pains but you STILL keep going back. Once you realize your why, nothing ever stops you from going after it.
With that being said sums up my aim with this site which is to add value to those looking to improve their overall wellness and health through fitness tips and fitness education. I hope that you enjoy the content and please do not hesitate to comment and share.
